Welcome!
My name is Taha Mohiuddin. I am a dedicated student Nurse Practitioner with a passion for delivering comprehensive healthcare service to individuals of all ages. My clinical background has been in the medical and cardiovascular intensive care unit. I place my greatest effort in providing care that encompasses compassion and supports evidence-based practice. With over 9 years of experience in healthcare, I have gained tremendous knowledge and acquired unique skill sets in the management of critically ill patients. My experience has allowed me to play a pivotal role as a Rapid Response Nurse for the hospital and charge nurse for the cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU). My journey in healthcare began as a nursing student; I completed my nursing internship in the medical-surgical intensive care unit (MSICU). Since then, I have committed to staying current with the latest guidelines and recommendations to ensure the best possible outcomes for my patients.
Having the desire to learn and advance as a Registered Nurse (RN), I decided to pursue Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from University of St Francis with concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). The program further enhanced my knowledge as I gained a solid foundation in population health, advanced pharmacology, advanced health assessments, advanced pathophysiology, and evidence-based health care. Moreover, my clinical training as a nurse practitioner student in various primary settings has equipped me with tools and clinical experience necessary to provide exceptional care.
As a soon to be Nurse Practitioner, I plan to practice within my scope of practice while upholding the highest standard of care. I look forward to building trusting relationships with my patients and I am excited to positively impact the lives of those I have yet to serve.
Thank you!
